FAQ

  • Factory Audit: Focuses on the supplier. We assess their legitimacy, production capacity, machinery, quality management systems, and working conditions before you place an order.

  • Product Inspection: Focuses on the goods. We check the actual products (quality, quantity, packaging, and function) during or after production to ensure they match your specifications.

We strictly follow the international standard ISO 2859-1 (ANSI/ASQ Z1.4) using the AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) sampling method. This statistical tool helps us determine how many units to inspect and the maximum number of defects allowed for the shipment to be accepted. By default, we use General Inspection Level II, but we can adjust this based on your specific needs.

Generally, we require at least 48 hours’ notice before the desired inspection date. This allows us to coordinate with the factory, assign the most suitable inspector for your product category, and review your specific requirements. For urgent requests, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

bsolutely. We encourage you to provide your own specific checklist or criteria. You know your product best. If you don’t have one, we can provide a standard template based on your product category (e.g., electronics, textiles, furniture) and work with you to customize it.

You will receive the detailed PDF report within 24 hours after the inspection is completed. The report will include inspection data, AQL results, and extensive high-resolution photos and videos of the product, packaging, and any defects found.

If the result is “FAIL,” it means the defects exceeded the AQL limit or the product did not meet your specifications. You hold the power. We advise you not to pay the balance. You can require the factory to rework or replace the defective goods. We can then arrange a Re-Inspection to ensure the issues have been resolved.
